The attic is located within a residential complex in the Terra Greci area, located in the upper part of Santa Maria di Leuca, a residential and very quiet area, from which you can admire a panoramic view of the town.
The Holiday House is finely furnished, and is composed of an entrance that leads to the kitchen and the living-dining room, where there is a double sofa bed. From here we move on to the 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with a bunk bed. The bathroom is complete with shower and washing machine.
