The “Vegan Menu” includes cloves of flavored tofu, extra virgin olive oil and hot rosemary, friselline with cherry tomatoes and arugula, triumph of flavored grilled vegetables, fresh pasta with cream of peppers, julienne of dried tomatoes and mint, pesto of celline olives, lime escalope of seitan with crunchy salad and flaked almonds.
